In case you are dissatisfied with a development, you have the right to ask for a refund. We would like to inform you that the refund process at Zillatech World can take up to 5 - 7 days to complete. The refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase. In the event that you make the purchase using a debit card or through net banking, the reimbursement will be applied to the same account that you used for the purchase.

  • Although post-sales and development have not yet begun, if you notify us within (mention the number of days), we will refund your money.
  • You have adhered to all payment terms and conditions.
  • The solution we offered has not been utilized for commercial purposes.
  • The reasons for refund are substantial. 
  • You provide us with evidence to support your refund claim.
